Cleanliness: I have rented houses and stayed at different hotels/motels at Topsail for the last 25 yrs. None equals Guest House in cleanliness, excellent service and yes, super convenient location

What an amazing way to spend my birthday getaway! The Guest House has everything and more! Awesome hosts, clean, beautiful decor, comfy beds, kitchen area, stunning views, fire pit enjoyment, the best shower floors and water pressure, walking distance to yummy foods, drinks, shopping—just an all around great place to stay! Can’t wait to go back!

What a cute spot to stay! Super comfy bed and very clean. We had dinner at Beach Shop and Grill and it is in walking distance. Great views all around. The fire pit was a perfect way to end the evening. Will be back!!

After a week long rental in South Topsail, we needed a place to stay for a few extra days. What a lovely studio suite we discovered inside a building reminiscent of the military watch towers in the area. The room was spotless and comfortable. Great proximity to the delicious Beach Grill. We’d stay there again!

Perfect location. Common room with “grab your own extras” was an awesome amenity. Extra towels, linens, a washer and dryer, even vacuums and brooms to clean up from trips to the beach. The beach access is two blocks away, and there are NO stairs!! Sound Suite was big, had a fridge and microwave. Right next to the only restaurants and stores on this part of this island too. Will be staying here again.

We are currently enjoying both a stay at GH and an unreal sunset directly from our room. The place is super close to the beach, it’s really calm (at least in March), everything looks brand new and is super comfortable, the little kitchen area is really neat, and its location is ideal for a quiet getaway. Many shops, restaurants, and stuff minutes away. Sunrises and sunsets from bed every day, aaAaAhhh!! Also, they support the local Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center 💜 We will love to come back if possible. Wish we could afford their absolutely luxurious bathrobes 😍😭

The Guest House is so special! We recently had a girl’s night there and it was perfect. The fire pit was a bonus, the sunsets are spectacular, and the beds are so cozy! It comfortably slept 8 very deserving women that just needed a night away together! Being able to walk to dinner at The Beach Shop and Grille was a bonus. Loved it all!

Such a cute space & great location. Love staying at the Topsail Guest House! I spent my childhood on this end of Topsail and being able to come back to visit, especially being across from the putt-putt, brings back so many happy memories ☺️. Only downside is the lack of insulation between rooms, it's very easy to hear your neighbors (if you're in the Shore Suite) but that's negligible all things considered. Highly recommend a visit!

Very beautiful suite and great location. Clean and modern. Not built with sound proofing in mind though. Insulated suite doors and rugs would really help with noise from other guests, especially at the front door. Would stay again. Joy was very friendly and helpful
